I decided to make my girls a contact list. Nothing major, but a quick explanation of who’s who, phone number and e-mail along with the colors of the wedding. I mailed it out a few weeks ago and I hope they find them useful as I try to keep my “Team Bride” happy as I possibly can…
Even with the snide remarks, I have learned a few things and one was that having bridesmaids is like organizing a small dance team. We all want to look good. We all go to great lengths to have our hair just right, make-up done and dress perfect. I had a bridesmaid nightmare last night. Basically the dress shop had ordered the wrong dress but for only half of the bridal party. We couldn’t refund the dresses and they were coral and blue…so hideous. They reminded me of a dress from 27 dresses.
